Tennis Open Believe In Yourself - 2nd Edition​

The “Believe in Yourself” Tennis Open (2nd Edition), held in Benin from December 28–31, 2023, brought youthful energy, raw talent, and fierce competition to the court. Organized under the banner of InterRecruit, this edition was specifically targeted at players aged 21 and under—giving young boys and girls the platform to shine and prove themselves. More than just a tournament, it was an experience that blended sport with opportunity, offering a professional-level atmosphere for youth in West Africa to step into the spotlight and chase their ambitions.

What truly set this event apart was InterRecruit’s powerful follow-through. Beyond medals and recognition, the real prize came in the form of future-building: standout players earned college scholarship opportunities abroad, had their recruitment fees waived, and were guided into conversations with U.S. college coaches. InterRecruit, through initiatives like this, is doing more than developing athletes—it’s creating pathways to education, leadership, and international exposure. The organization deserves huge credit for backing belief with action and making sports a launchpad for transformation.
